Biography

Dr Rosalie Hughes is a HCPC and BPS registered Consultant Clinical Psychologist, who qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2005, and worked in the NHS for over 20 years. She provides expert assessments of mental health, personality disorder, domestic violence, substance misuse, trauma, parenting capacity, housing and immigration issues, and general capacity assessments. She also provides assessments of general intellectual functioning in adults, in the context of concerns about parenting and parental functioning.

Dr Rosalie Hughes currently runs an independent practice, providing assessments and evidence-based treatment for the full range of mental health conditions. Until June 2022, Dr Rosalie Hughes worked as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in the NHS, overseeing the provision of clinical psychology services in several adult mental health teams in two London boroughs. She has worked extensively in adult mental health, providing highly specialist assessments and evidence-based treatments, covering a broad range of adult mental health conditions, including severe and enduring conditions. She provides a range of specialist assessments and diagnostic assessments, including diagnosis of personality disorders.
