Justine joined Expert in Mind in August 2022 as a Trainee Case Manager with a background in Insurance. She was ready for a new, more exciting challenge and joined the world of Medio-Legal. She has risen to the challenge of case management, adopted the company’s key values and is really enjoying managing her own cases and experts. She thrives to provide excellent service and maintain positive working relationships.
She has already developed the nickname of the office drama queen, and encourages the whole office listen to BBC Radio 1.
Outside of work, Justine likes going for afternoon tea, spending time with friends and family, running and baking. This year she completed her first 10K in London with the team and cannot wait to do many more!
