Paul joined the company in August 2023 and is the Clinical Practice Manager for Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Paul McLaren. With a background in both personal medical insurance and enquiry management in a private mental health hospital he knows the importance of listening to people and providing a friendly, empathetic and understanding environment for patients when they call, whilst juggling the many demands of managing three busy clinics.
Out of office hours, Paul can be found either working in his garden, looking after three very demanding chickens or escaping to the coast for long relaxing walks.
